This privacy policy describes how Concordia Research Collective ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects data accessed through our internal DM Sync application ("the App"). The App integrates with the Instagram API to read direct message conversations for internal business analytics.

Conversation data is retained only as long as necessary for active business operations. Data associated with completed or inactive conversations may be deleted at our discretion.
If you have communicated with us via Instagram Direct Messages and wish to request deletion of your conversation data from our internal systems, please contact us using the information below.
